Spring Semester '08

For April: Our next speaker will be Amanda Fischer. She is a medical student at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Amanda is studying to be a Doctor of Osteopathy, specializing in Family Medicine. Another plus is that Amanda is a Georgia Southern Graduate! We look forward to hearing from her.

Fall Semester '07

For August: The Pre-Health Association's first meeting will be held on the August the 28th in the Chemistry/Nursing building in room 1002. Dues for the organization are $10 per semester or $15 per year. Also, Association of Pre-Health Professionals shirts will be sold and will continue to sell for $12 each!

For September:Our social this month will be held at the bowling alley in Statesboro on Sep. 25th (Tuesday) at 7:00, remember it is $8 per person! Our next meeting will be held Sept. 18th at 5:00 in the Chemistry/Nursing building in room 1002, free pizza & drinks!! Don't forget dues!

For October: Please refer to the October 16th meeting mintues on the "Meeting minutes and info" section on the website for the events for October (Word Document). Our service project for the year will be at Gentilly Gardens October 30th at 6:15 (bring volunteer sheets if you want some volunteer/community service hours), we will be playing games, spending time, and having dinner/ providing snacks for the elderly.
