Why Participate in Up 'til Dawn?

• Up ‘til Dawn will strengthen your campus community by uniting students, faculty, and the local community for a common cause.

• Up ‘til Dawn provides students with leadership opportunities and real life experience, but also a chance to impact the lives of children world-wide.

• Every cent of the event’s proceeds benefit the children of St. Jude– and in turn, children everywhere – by supporting the internationally acclaimed children’s hospital’s research and treatment efforts.

• Money raised from Up ‘til Dawn will benefit doctors and children in your area through freely shared research and patient treatment.

• St. Jude will provide materials and professional support to help plan the program from beginning to end.

Ways You Can Help:

• Form a team
  Gather six to ten friends ($5 donation/team member).  Learn more about our teams!

• Become a leader
  Apply to be on a committee!  Contact Diana Hensley at dhensley@georgiasouthern.edu for more information.  We’ll need all the help we can get to make this event the best it can be for the kids of St. Jude, so join the team!  Click here to see the different committees!

• Help with planning
  Join a committee headed by a member of the Executive Board.  We encourage all participants to become more involved to make this event the best it can be for the kids of St. Jude!

• Get educated
  Attend Up ‘til Dawn events, talk to participants, read the available literature.  The more you know, the more you can help.  And the more educated you are about what you’re supporting, the more enthusiastic your support will be.

• Support, Support, Support
  Anyone can partake in Up ‘til Dawn events and letter-writing parties. If you can’t participate as a team or individual, support your friends who are participating.
