A student organization whose goal is to meet the needs of GSU's diverse Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Queer, and Questioning communities and their allies - including support, education, action and everything in between.

GSU Summit

The 1st Annual Georgia Southern U. GLBT Empowerment Conference Come address issues facing the GLBTQ community in a safe and open environment and examine ways to eliminate stereotypes. Attendees will also discuss advocacy and leadership skills which will allow for visibility of these issues in campus communities. Registration fee is $10 and will include a continental breakfast, lunch, and access to all sessions. The deadline to register is October 30, 2009.

Our Secretary, Michael Feunfinger, had to step down from office and this leaves an exciting opportunity for all you to consider whether you have the time, energy, and dedication to apply to join the GSA Executive Board. The secretary is responsible for taking notes during meetings, attending & helping out with all major events, monitoring the GSA email account, etc.
